From natural paths that zig-zag through the forest and cross the stream to improved paths like the Norton Trail, hikers of all abilities can travel the park and enjoy its splendor. ORIENTEERING - The purpose of the permanent orienteering course is to provide the public with ongoing opportunities to experience orienteering, a sport involving navigation with a map and compass. CAMPING - Youth groups and visitors who want to overnight at within the park may garner a permit from the park ranger. Tents may be pitched at dusk and must be packed up in the morning. PAVILION RENTALS - Area visitors, conventioneers and residents may rent the park's historic pavilions for a memorable outdoor event. FIRE PERMITS - Enhance your event or overnight stay with a cozy campfire. Fires are permitted in the park with a permit.
